COLD ROLLED

Cold rolled steel is produced by cold rolling. Cold rolling is a steel plate that further thins the No.1 steel plate to a target thickness at room temperature.

HOT ROLLED

Hot-rolled carbon steel coils are coils of steel produced through a hot-rolling process and then coiled by a coiler. They can be easily distinguished by their rough surface. These coils serve as the foundation for numerous industries. Their applications include forming, bending, and stamping.

GALVANIZED COIL

Galvanized Steel Coil is a material produced by continuous hot-dip galvanizing process with hot-rolled steel strip or cold-rolled steel strip as the substrate. Hot dip galvanized coil supplied in coil form after coiling. Therefore, galvanized sheet coil can be divided into hot-rolled galvanized sheet coil and cold-rolled hot-dip galvanized sheet coil. They are mainly used in the fields of construction, household appliances, automobiles, containers, transportation and household industry. Especially in steel structure construction, automobile manufacturing, steel warehouse manufacturing and other industries. Their main characteristics are: strong corrosion resistance, good surface quality, benefit from deep processing, economy and practicality, etc.

PPGI/PPGL Steel

Color steel plate refers to the organic coating or plastic film on the continuous production line coating or pressing on the surface of galvanized plate, cold-rolled plate or aluminum plate, forming a new type of metallurgical products. Colour coated steel is also called as pre-painted steel. Colour coatings are paint coatings and are specialty products, which are used to give the steel a long term protection under a broad range of corrosive conditions, extending from atmospheric exposure to full immersion in strongly corrosive solutions.

Structural Steel

- *G&Z Purlins: *Horizontal beams used in the construction of roofs and walls.
- *Steel Decking: *Metal sheets used as a base for flooring in construction projects.
- *I Beams: *Structural steel beams with an "I" shape used in construction.
- *H Beams: *Similar to I beams but with wider flanges, providing support for heavier loads.
- *U Beams: *Steel beams with a "U" shape, commonly used as support structures.
- *T Bars: *Steel bars with a T-shaped cross-section, often used in construction for support or reinforcement.
- *Plain Round Bars: *Cylindrical steel bars without any surface texture or pattern.
- *Flat Bars: *Steel bars with a flat, rectangular cross-section, commonly used for fabrication and construction.
- *Square Bars: *Steel bars with a square cross-section, used in various construction and manufacturing applications.
- *Angles: *L-shaped steel profiles used to reinforce corners and edges in construction projects.
- *Corrugated Sheets: *Steel sheets with a corrugated surface, commonly used for roofing and siding in construction.
- Sandwich Panels: Composite panels consisting of two thin metal sheets bonded to a core material, providing insulation and structural support.

Coil and Sheets

- *Cold Rolled: *Steel that has been processed at room temperature, resulting in a smoother surface finish and tighter dimensional tolerances.
- *Hot Rolled: *Steel that has been processed at high temperatures, making it easier to shape and form but with a rougher surface finish.
- *Galvanized Rolled: *Steel coated with a layer of zinc to protect against corrosion, commonly used in outdoor and marine applications.
- *Grating: *Steel mesh panels with a grid pattern, used for flooring, stair treads, and walkways in industrial settings.
- *Teardrops: *Steel sheets with teardrop-shaped perforations, often used for decorative purposes or to reduce weight.
- *Checkered: *Steel sheets with a pattern of raised diamonds or lines, providing enhanced grip and traction for flooring and stair treads.
- Perforated Sheets: Steel sheets with a pattern of punched holes, used for filtration, ventilation, and decorative applications.
- *Expanded:*Steel sheets that have been slit and stretched to create a pattern of diamond-shaped openings, offering strength and rigidity while allowing airflow and light transmission.

Cold Drawn Steel

- Hexagon: Steel bars with a hexagonal cross-section, commonly used in machinery, fasteners, and construction.
- Flat Bright Bar: Flat steel bars with a smooth, bright surface finish, often used in decorative applications or where a polished appearance is desired.
- Square (Clavette): Square steel bars with precise dimensions, used in various mechanical and engineering applications, including keyways (Clavettes) in shafts.
- Round: Round steel bars produced through cold drawing, offering improved mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy compared to hot-rolled bars.

Hollow Section

- Square Tubes: Steel tubes with a square cross-section, used in construction, fabrication, and structural applications where strength and stability are required.
- Rectangular Tubes: Steel tubes with a rectangular cross-section, providing versatility in structural and architectural applications.
- Round Tubes: Steel tubes with a circular cross-section, used in a wide range of applications, including transportation, construction, and manufacturing.
